Reconciling Ministries Church

Light of the Hill United Methodist Church embraces Jesus' message that God loves and accepts every person. Jesus calls us to the ministry of reconciliation and grace. Therefore, we invite and welcome all persons of every age, gender identity, racial or ethnic background, sexual orientation, marital or socioeconomic status, nationality, physical or mental ability into full participation in the life of this faith community.
We are committed to the reconciliation of all persons as children of God and declare ourselves to be an open, affirming, and reconciling congregation. Join us in our faith journey toward greater love, understanding and mutual respect.
In 2009, our church council voted to become a Reconciling Church, committing ourselves to the ideals of all Reconciling Churches within the United Methodist Connection. We will always be on the journey. We continue to learn ways to promote that stance, joining with other congregations on this road to full inclusion and justice.
If you have questions or want to talk more with the pastor, please do not hesitate to get in contact with our office.
RMN invites you to become an individual member.

Reconciling United Methodists (RUMS) serve as witnesses to the Church and world of God’s affirmation of persons of all sexual orientations and gender identities. By hosting a RUM drive, Reconciling Communities invite members to join in the movement for Reconciliation and justice for all persons.
